- PupToPark connects you with independent dog park consultants who provide services such as park visits, walks, daycare, and overnight boarding.
- Consultants are not employees of PupToPark but are independent contractors.
- While we conduct background checks, you acknowledge that PupToPark is not liable for the actions of consultants.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:
- Treat consultants and other users with respect.
- Provide accurate information about your dog(s), including health and behavioral details.
- Ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are subject to our policy outlined in the FAQ.
- Refunds are processed at PupToPark’s discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

- PupToPark is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our Services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PupToPark harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Any harm or damages caused by your dog.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate.
